Everything students ask us before they enrol – the background you need, how the training runs, and what happens after you finish. Still stuck? Our admissions team will walk you through it.
Do I need a medical or IT background to join?
No. You do not need a medical, IT, or healthcare background to enroll. The course starts with the fundamentals and gradually introduces you to medical billing, RCM, insurance, claims, and professional workflows.
What exactly is medical billing and RCM, and who will I be working for?
Medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management involve handling healthcare claims, insurance verification, payments, denials, accounts receivable, and related administrative processes. After completing the training, you can pursue opportunities with medical billing companies, healthcare organizations, clinics, physician practices, and other healthcare service providers.
How long is the course and what are the class timings?
Course duration and class timings depend on the current batch schedule. Classes are designed to provide enough time for both theoretical understanding and practical training. Contact our admissions team for the latest batch timings and schedule.
Is the training online or on-campus?
We offer both online and on campus training options. Students can choose the learning format that works best for them. Both options include instructor guidance, practical learning, interactive sessions, and support throughout the course.
What certification do I receive when I finish?
Students who successfully complete the program receive a course completion certificate from JHSPT. The certificate recognizes the training and practical skills developed during the program.
Do you help with job placement?
Yes. JHSPT supports students with career guidance, interview preparation, professional development, and internship opportunities where available. We help students prepare for the job market, although employment cannot be guaranteed.
What salary can I expect as a fresh graduate?
Starting salaries vary depending on your skills, communication ability, employer, experience, job responsibilities, and shift timings. Our focus is on helping you develop practical skills and professional confidence so you can compete for better career opportunities as you gain experience.
How do I enrol, and what does it cost?
Enrollment is simple. Contact the JHSPT admissions team, confirm your seat for the upcoming batch, and complete the registration process. The Medical Billing and RCM course fee is currently Rs. 10,000. We recommend confirming the latest fee and available seats with admissions before registering.
